I’m still watching episode 4, but so far so good, it’s actually pretty amazing, it was everything I expected

I know there will be a lot of people who won’t be happy with this adaptation, but at the end of the day, it’s a big big novel, we all know it’s simply impossible to film and as you all know, the author didn’t agree to adapt it.

Overall, I recommend people give it a try and don’t let the critics sway you, and don’t let the Netflix name sway you either

the novel before, and now his children have agreed to adapt it, so in my opinion the result is that Netflix managed to adapt it quite well, maybe not everything is perfect, but they got it very close, I think they did an amazing job of recreating the spirit of the novel + the actors are very good, and the locations and the whole production were really enjoyable.
