I have to say that I don’t fully understand the previous reviewer as I believe they are on a different planet than everyone else and felt compelled to set the record straight. Gavin & Stacey is one of the best comedies I’ve seen in years. With a wonderful cast and a superbly written script by Ruth Jones and James Cordon. The show revolves around Gavin (a lad from Essex) and Stacey (a receptionist from Barry Island) who start their relationship over the phone while at work. The response to the series is so good that a second series has already been ordered.
